Welcome to Moon Bound, an original supernatural RPG set in the fictional town of Thunder Cove, Washington.
Its early winter 2013, and the snow is already getting deep in the small coastal town of Thunder Cove. Things in this picturesque tourist town aren't exactly what they seem. Nothing in the world is what it seemed anymore, its as if the closer the world came to that fateful day on the Mayan calendar, the more the supernatural creatures of the world woke up and made their presence known. The fae are walking among us now, as are the old spirit guides and warriors of old Native American lore. The werewolf, vampire, and skinwalker populations have all taken a sudden rise, and the witches of old who had thought their powers lost to them have suddenly found themselves able to do magic again. The world hasn't ended, but its changing. Some say for the better, some say for the worst. In Thunder Cove, the population is split in half knowing that their town is a supernatural hot spot can make things difficult-- especially when the normal members of the population are part of the food chain.

When darkness comes you know I'm never far
Here he was Samuel Halliwell fresh out of high school with one purpose, change the world. The only question on Sam's mind was "how." He had one idea in mind but he was far off from that. He wanted to be a Firefighter/paramedic, and he was a while away from this dream. So in the meantime what was he to do? He was just a high school graduate what could he do to change the world.
"I doubt there is much impact I can make here in Olympia as just one person." Sam thought this to himself on his way back to his apartment. Sam had finally made it home. As soon as he set foot through that door he went straight to the couch, turned on the television, and started channel surfing to get his mind off of the daunting task set out before him. Sam watched TV. for a couple hours, and went to his bedroom to take a nap.
Hours later Sam woke up and realized it was dark out. He glanced over at the clock and realized what time it was "crap!" Sam said out loud. He completely forgot that he was supposed to go for a run to keep in shape. He was supposed to go for a run two hours ago, and it was dark out now he would just have to go for a run tomorrow morning. If it's one thing Sam hates it's getting away from something he did routinely.
The next morning Sam did exactly what he planned to do, go for a run.
He left his apartment at around eight-thirty in the morning, wearing sweats and his favorite pair of sneakers. He loved to run. It's not as fun as flying, but it's the second best option. Samuel decided to take the scenic route, through the neighborhoods and the streets. Seeing the people hustle and bustle while he took his time to enjoy himself. The skinwalker decided he wanted to push himself even further and began to sprint, turning the corner sharply, not really looking where he was going.

And life's like an hourglass, glued to the table, No one can find the rewind button, girl. So cradle your head in your hands, And breathe...
, Just breathe.....
She was panting hard as she made her way through the streets, cloaked in her invisable glamor. Her steps were jagged, her vison blurring. She clutched her hand to her stomach, red blood marring the leaves andher green skin. She stumbled, fell, and got right back up. She had to keep moving, had to hide somewhere...anywhere. The park. She had to get to the park!
Her day had begun so smoothly. Sage had stopped by a local bar, only to run into a couple of poorly dsgused red caps. Red caps wh had not been happy when she helped their prey get away. This of course meant one thing: Sage was their new play toy and they were bored beyond beleif. She not be a very skilled fighter, did the only thing she could. She ran. Of course, this only delighted the red caps more as they took off after her.
And here she was, running down the street trying what might be in vain, to get away. They had caught her once, slicing her up nicely. A large cut rested in the middle of her stomach while other less-serious cuts laced themselves over her chest, back, and arms. Her palm was blackened with a burn from the iron bar she branded as a weapon in order to escape. Sage didn't know where they were, or if they even chased her anymore. All she knew was that she had to keep running. Had to keep moving. She had to get out of the city and into the park so she could heal. All this iron wasn't helping, slwing her down.
Sage turned a corner, going far too fast, running into someone going to opposite way. For a moment her glamor fickered, bringing her into focus before cloaking her once more. She didn't stop, moving around him and running still. She had a single mindset, to get away. But she was bleeding too much. She wouldn't make it. They'd catch her...kill her. She had to hide!
Into an alley she went, stumbling behind some cardboard boxes, hiding her from view. Her glamor flickered, fading to reveal her true form. Sage didn't know how much time she had to rest, if she had any at all...
