Welcome to Moon Bound, an original supernatural RPG set in the fictional town of Thunder Cove, Washington.
Its early winter 2013, and the snow is already getting deep in the small coastal town of Thunder Cove. Things in this picturesque tourist town aren't exactly what they seem. Nothing in the world is what it seemed anymore, its as if the closer the world came to that fateful day on the Mayan calendar, the more the supernatural creatures of the world woke up and made their presence known. The fae are walking among us now, as are the old spirit guides and warriors of old Native American lore. The werewolf, vampire, and skinwalker populations have all taken a sudden rise, and the witches of old who had thought their powers lost to them have suddenly found themselves able to do magic again. The world hasn't ended, but its changing. Some say for the better, some say for the worst. In Thunder Cove, the population is split in half knowing that their town is a supernatural hot spot can make things difficult-- especially when the normal members of the population are part of the food chain.

Thunder River Pack
Roland T. Dallas
75 (appears early 40s), werewolf, gerard butler, player
Alpha to the Thunder River pack, Roland did not assume this role by challenge but more inherited the pack after the alpha that had challenged the previous alpha was killed by Brayden O'Shae after he had come of age and formed his own pack, handing his old pack over to Roland. Roland has been a good leader for his pack the last few years, and will be ready to pass the title of alpha onto his son AJ once the time comes and his son is ready. Roland is a family man, and while his wife left him when his daughter and son were both children, Roland has never remarried or tried to find another mate as his heart just isn't in it. Roland is a calm man, always trying the diplomatic approach to any problems that might arise in his pack or between the two packs rather than fight it out in the old ways. He looks at Brayden as another son and wants no bad blood between the packs; which was the reason he moved his pack to the opposite end of their small town to avoid any territorial disputes.
Aaron J. Dallas
25, werewolf, jared padalecki, josie
Aaron J. Dallas, or more commonly known among both packs and town as AJ is a headstrong and dominant young man. He is Beta to his father's Alpha and fiercely loyal to his father and his pack; even to his best friend's pack if the time should ever arise that Brayden needed another strong wolf. However, due to AJ's growing dominant alpha nature, it has made the friendship a little strained over the last few years. AJ is very protective of his little sister, and would take a silver bullet for her, or take on an entire vampire seethe if it meant her life. Or any of his pack members for that matter. AJ loves a good thrill, and is often finding himself trying to get out of some sort of trouble he's gotten himself into. AJ is a serious ladies man on top of it all, and while he enjoys their attention and affection; he has no intentions of claiming a mate anytime soon. His theory is he has forever to find one, why tie himself down just yet while he's still young.
Chandler M. Last
29, werewolf, jason michael carroll, player
Those that don't know him, wouldn't even think twice about Chandler ---- being a doctor. For one he doesn't look old enough, two he certainly doesn't look it when he's not wearing scrubs and a lab coat, and three he's a werewolf. Most would think that the sight and smell of blood would bring out his predator nature, but for such a young wolf, Chandler has a very good hold on that side of him. Not to mention that him being a doctor comes in handy for when either pack has an emergency with a wolf. Chandler loves his job and loves being a wolf just as much. He is a passionate young man who has had the chance to see the world a little before settling down to pack life-- and life as a doctor. He is friendly, open minded, and very outgoing and usually is the life of the party when he can get away from work to go to one. He is by no means alpha material, but has a dominant streak in him that he uses to his advantage when treating another wolf.
Fiona M. Last
32, werewolf, Kate Hudson, player
Fiona hasn't been a werewolf that long, in fact she was bitten only three years ago by a rogue wolf that Roland Dallas took down after her attack. Fiona was a local to Thunder Cove and knew the legends that there were supernatural beings in her town, but didn't believe it until she was face to face with a rogue werewolf, and then survived her first transition as a wolf. Fiona still has nightmares about the attack, and is a bit more withdrawn than she was before becoming a wolf, but that is slowly going away with help of the other pack members. Fiona is grateful to the pack for all their help that they've given her in this time of getting used to what she's become, but she's resentful of what she is now. Fiona refuses to change on her own, only doing so when the moon calls her to each month, and even then she fights it as long as she can before she is forced to give in.
Olivia M. Warren
68(appears late 30s), werewolves, Kate Beckinsale, OPEN
Olivia is one of the older wolves of the pack and one of the most dominant females also. If both parties were interested, she'd make an excellent mate for her alpha due to her own dominant nature, but after the loss of her own mate of thirty plus years, she has no desire for romance at the time. Liv as she's more commonly known as, is sort of the matronly figure of the pack and is always looking after the younger wolves. She has even taken it upon herself to make sure that the alpha's house is tended to and that he has decent food in his fridge and kitchen. Liv is just the caring sort who lost her way for a bit after the loss of her mate in a fire and after seeing the way her alpha was paying more attention to his pack than himself and his own home, she stepped in and began acting as sort of a housekeeper for him and his son. In a way it gave her a chance to be the wife figure that she had been so wonderful at, not to mention a mother figure that she never was given the chance to be. Liv is a quiet, thoughtful person who likes to sit back and watch a situation unfold, see all sides of a problem and then put her two cents in as to how to resolve it, which has made her a valuable asset to the pack and even the alpha. She was the one who pointed out to Roland that he wouldn't have to worry about things with Brayden's pack and suggested to keep from having territorial disputes to move the pack to the other side of town. She is also a secretary for one of the companies that Brayden and Roland run and keeps both men (as well as the business) in check.
Keith M. Last
23, werewolf, Harry Shum Jr., player
One of the few young ones that didn't follow Brayden when the pack split, Keith is one of the few in his age range in the Thunder River pack. Because he had to grow up so fast in order to be taken seriously among the pack, Keith has playful and some might say goofy streak that likes to come out once he's not having to prove himself. Keith works as an aid to the sole lawyer in town and is going to school part time to get his law degree. After his parents died two years ago thanks to vampires, Keith was forced to move into the big house with Roland, AJ, and one of the younger wolves due to debts his parents had accrued that he was forced to pay off. Keith doesn't mind living there, he and AJ get along well enough but living so close to the alpha is a bit intimidating to the young wolf who just wants to have some fun, make a few people smile, and have as much of a normal life as he can for being a werewolf.
Storm Beach Pack
Brayden A. O'Shae
25, werewolf, jensen ackles, twora
Alpha to the Storm Beach pack, Bradyen is strong willed and somewhat reckless, he's distant from most people but when he gets close to someone they stick with him for life. he's protective and loyal and he is a born leader. Once a part of the Thunder River pack, Brayden O'Shae was the son of the alpha that had reigned over the pack for many generations. It was only after a lone wolf and his mate came into the area that Owen O'Shae fell in a challenge. At the insistance of the mate of the new alpha, Brayden was spared and kicked out of the pack where he formed his own pack with his friends who followed him. Once of age, Brayden returned to seek revenge for his father's death and killed the alpha. That done, he gave the pack over to Roland Dallas and continued running his own pack as well as making the older wolf a partner to Brayden's companies so that both packs would be equally taken care of.
Damian M. Last
24, werewolf, wentworth miller, player
The third member of the trio of friends that was Brayden O'Shae, AJ Dallas, and Damian ---, this tall young man followed his best friend when he was cast out of the pack. Damian became Beta to Brayden's Alpha and the strongest supporter of his friend. In a way, though all three boys; now young men stayed friends and close, Damian felt slightly betrayed over the fact that AJ didn't follow Brayden and Damian when they split from the pack. Granted he understood his reasoning for staying with his father, but the boys had made a pact to stay together that was broken when the pack was. Damian is serious and almost brooding, and rarely smiles unless he's completely comfortable and at east with his surroundings. Damian is the sole werewolf on the police force in Thunder Cove, and uses the pull he has there to cover up anything tied to the wolves that aren't out to the public that might look bad on them.
Diana M. Last
50 (appears 30), werewolf, jennifer love hewitt, player
The mate of the lone wolf that was the cause of the Thunder River pack split, Diana was the kind heart that convinced her mate to spare the life of her now Alpha. After Brayden defeated her mate in a challenge, she followed him to his pack and while at first she was not treated that well, the pack has grown to trust her over the last few years. Diana acts like a surrogate mother to most of the pack, and while she cannot have children herself, she loves them dearly. With the help of Brayden she was able to open a daycare center and spends most of her days there taking care of the kids of Thunder Cove. Diana is quite, soft spoken-- unless she has a point that needs to be heard, and loyal to those she sides with. She is the first one to volunteer to take care of the sick or injured, and will do almost anything to make someone smile who has had a rough time of it.
Lucas M. Last
24, werewolf, mark salling, player
Lucas, or more commonly known as Luke is the gentle giant of the pack. He's currently the head football coach and gym teacher at the local high school and has proudly taken his team to the state championships two years in a row and going for three this year. That being said, Luke is a major sports fan and most everyone jokes that he's got a cot in his office in the gym at the school. Luke is; even for a werewolf extremely well toned and muscled and takes pride in his physical appearance. While that might not totally extend to fashion as he is a very laid back sort, its certainly obvious by all of his well toned and defined muscles. Luke is one of the go-to guys for Brayden if he has a problem with some of the younger pack members who just need someone that they can relate to easier than their alpha. Luke is usually full of smiles and is always up for a game of football among the pack. He is the guy that you want as a friend, that most girls would like to take home to meet their parents, but the guy that you really don't want to piss off. He's like most wolves and has a temper-- even if it does take a bit more to spark his to life, and is very protective of those he considers family or close friends, and especially his students.
Sonora K. Danvers
20, werewolf, hayden panettiere, Faith
A rare beauty. That's what Sonora likes to think of herself as, and was even taught to believe growing up. She certainly has the rare part down, being the daughter of two werewolf parents. Sonora is the first pureblood wolf in at least two centuries, and as far as anyone knows the only one. Her purebred status came at a cost though as her mother who had been strong enough with pack help each full moon to resist the change so that she could carry Sonora full term; or mostly anyway, died while giving birth to her precious daughter. The strain of the birth plus the call of the full moon after resisting for 8 long months took its toll on the female wolf, who was only able to hold her daughter long enough to name her before she died. The heartbreak of losing his mate caused Sonora's father to break from the pack and go lone-- leaving her to be raised by the pack. Sonora was taken under the wing of the alpha who became like a father to her, and Brayden a brother to her (at least in his eyes). When Brayden was forced out of the pack, Sonora followed him, due to a massive crush that had formed over the years. She is loyal to Brayden to a fault, and is very traditional with pack values. She does not like the idea of anyone but herself being chosen as Brayden's mate. Most women and girls her age consider her a bitch at least until they prove their worth to her and she warms up to them. Then they get to see that she really can be nice; even if she is a bit territorial.
Trevor R. Donaldson
24, werewolf, chad michael murray, Cha
The proverbial thorn in Brayden O'Shae's side, Trevor R. Donaldson is your stereotypical bad boy. He has a bike, he likes to brawl, drinks, and general tries to live it up and stir up as much trouble as possible with his best friend Cody. Trevor also has the stereotypical werewolf temper, and on top of it a stubborn streak a mile wide which often finds him butting heads with Brayden and even his best friend. Trevor's parentage is a little hazy, his mother was a local girl who turned up pregnant one day and when Trevor was of age to go through his first change; and did, she dropped him off at the door to the alpha's house with only a few hundred dollars, a duffle bag of clothes, box of personal items, and split town. Who is father is, no one really knows, but because of his mother's inability to accept what he was, its made him fairly bitter. Trevor likes the power and freedom when he's a wolf, and his enhanced senses, but he thinks that being a wolf isn't all its cracked up to be and constantly has to tell his best friend that.
