Welcome to Moon Bound, an original supernatural RPG set in the fictional town of Thunder Cove, Washington.
Its early winter 2013, and the snow is already getting deep in the small coastal town of Thunder Cove. Things in this picturesque tourist town aren't exactly what they seem. Nothing in the world is what it seemed anymore, its as if the closer the world came to that fateful day on the Mayan calendar, the more the supernatural creatures of the world woke up and made their presence known. The fae are walking among us now, as are the old spirit guides and warriors of old Native American lore. The werewolf, vampire, and skinwalker populations have all taken a sudden rise, and the witches of old who had thought their powers lost to them have suddenly found themselves able to do magic again. The world hasn't ended, but its changing. Some say for the better, some say for the worst. In Thunder Cove, the population is split in half knowing that their town is a supernatural hot spot can make things difficult-- especially when the normal members of the population are part of the food chain.

"What are we doing outhere, Nico?"
"What have I said about questioning me?"
"And I have responded the same everytime."
"You think you'd learn to trust me."
"Yes, but I know far better."
The Cat Sidhe laughed, continuing down the well worn path before her. Sage grudingly followed, a frown on her lips. She had been most irritated when Nico had suddenly shown up, insisting that he had something interesting to show her. She had been having quite the lovely day in Olympia. She had found a new cafe and was settled down reading and drinking a very delious concoction that tasted like something she had once long ago. Though, with the manager being part Fae she wasn't suprised. Sage had been quite annoied when Nico suddenly appeared on her lap, sitting on her book at that!
"What do you want?" she had asked. Nico just grined and flicked his tail.
"I found something quite interesting out in the forest the other day," was all he gave away. Sighing, Sage had slipped her book out from under him and shut it.
"So, I suppose I either come with you now, or you pester me to no end until I do," she had grumbled. Nico just continued to grin, leading her out of the cafe, through her tree, to this forest in Thunder Cove. They had been walking for quite sme time now and still he refused to give her any idea of what exactly he wanted her to see.
Sahe had left her glamored form a couple of minutes ago, enjoying the fact that she could walk around in her Fae form, no cloaking needed. It was very refreshing and conforting. As she walked, her hands ran over the trees softly, thr lwer branches often rustling and brushing her shoulders, curius to who this new Fae was. A couple of minutes later nico stopped, yawning.
"Well?" Sage asked, raising a brow.
"We're here," he said, licking one of his paws. Sage looked around.
"There's nothing here!"
"There will be soon," was all he said.
"And how do you know that?" she snaped, her patience wearing thin.
"Because I'm a cat." With that simple explination, Nico shot her a grin and dissappeared, his grin hovering in place a moment before dissappearing as well. Sage glared at the spot he once was.
"I am going to skin that cat one of these days..." she muttered, looking around the forest with her pupil-less green eyes. She was getting tired of nico's antics. First he had pestered her into following that crying skinwalker, then bating her into going to the bookstore to meet that human. now what was he up to? What sort of creature did he annoy he into meeting this time?
